The deal, in plain language.

The short version. You keep every right to your book. You own the creative we make for you and can use it in your ads for as long as you like. You only pay for what you choose, after you have seen what we would build. If we get something wrong, we fix it.

Your book stays yours

Uploading your manuscript gives us permission to read it and build your ad pack from it, and nothing more. You keep all copyright and all rights in your book. We do not claim any ownership of it, and we do not gain any right to publish or sell it.

What you get

You own the creative assets we deliver — the images, videos, ad copy, A+ content and the rest — and you may use them to advertise and sell your book, on any platform, with no time limit and no extra fee. If you stop being a customer, the assets you already have stay yours.

We may show anonymised examples of our own in-house work in our marketing. We do not use a paying author's book, cover, characters or creative as a public demo without asking first.

AI, and what that means for you

Your pack is produced with AI tools working from your actual manuscript. Some platforms and storefronts ask you to disclose AI-assisted content — Amazon KDP is one. Meeting those disclosure rules is your call to make for your own listings, and we will tell you plainly which parts of your pack were AI-generated so you can answer accurately.

What we can build

Not every product is available for every genre yet. We show you exactly what we can and cannot build for your genre before you upload, and again before you pay. You are never charged for a product we cannot deliver.

Paying

Your first read is free and needs no card. After that you buy credits and spend them on the products you pick. Prices are shown in credits with the equivalent in dollars before you commit. Card payment is handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details.

If something goes wrong

If a deliverable is broken, wrong, or not what we described, tell us and we will fix it or rebuild it. That is the first and best remedy, and it is the one we would rather give you — email hello@bookadpack.com and a real person will pick it up.

And if we still can't deliver an item after fixing it, we refund that item's credits in full. Unspent credits are refundable on request too. The whole policy is on our Refunds page.

What we ask of you

Upload only a book you actually hold the rights to.
Do not use the service for material that is illegal, or that infringes someone else's copyright.
Do not resell the service itself as if it were your own.

Limits

We build advertising creative. We cannot promise a particular number of sales, rank, or advertising result — no one honestly can. What we promise is the work itself: built from your actual book, delivered as described, and fixed if it is not.

Changes

If these terms change we will update this page and change the date at the top. Changes do not apply retrospectively to a pack you have already bought.
