Build A+ Content in the A+ Content Manager in KDP, with images already sized for each module, and submit it for approval. You can design the images yourself in a tool such as Canva, or have Book Ad Pack make A+ header, banner and tile images sized to Amazon's module specs for 8 credits ($8).
Treat it as a short process. Two things catch many authors: Amazon does not resize your images, and KDP lists pricing, review and time-sensitive wording as common reasons for rejection.

Amazon rejects images at the wrong dimensions, so design starts with the spec. These are the standard A+ modules available to KDP authors (up to five modules per book page):
Design rules that survive contact with real shoppers: build for mobile first (most Amazon book browsing happens on a phone, where 970-wide banners shrink to palm size), keep overlay text large and short, and make every module look like it belongs to the same book — same palette, same type, cover-consistent.
These are real A+ modules — header, banner and tile — generated from the manuscript of one of our own pen-name books, at Amazon's exact sizes. Not a template with stock photos dropped in: the scenes, the characters and the lines all come from the actual book.

KDP says content that meets its guidelines appears on your detail page within eight business days, and that review can take longer during high volume. If changes are needed, KDP emails you.
KDP's guidelines list JPG or PNG in the RGB colorspace, files under 2 MB, at least 72 dpi, and no animated images. KDP's create guide recommends 300 DPI and calls anything under 200 DPI low resolution. KDP does not resize images, so each file must already be the right size for its module.
KDP names pricing or promotional details, customer reviews, time-sensitive wording including references to Kindle Unlimited, and more than four publication quotes as common reasons for rejection. Guarantee information, including off-Amazon return or refund policies, is forbidden.
Yes. KDP says you can apply multiple ASINs to one A+ Content project, as long as the ASINs are in your KDP account.
You have to create and publish A+ Content in each marketplace where you want it shown. KDP lists the marketplaces you can publish to from kdp.amazon.com.
